1. What cookies we use

We use essential cookies to run this website and the Praxis products, for example to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. We also use analytics cookies, but only if you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share analytics data with Google for advertising.

2. Analytics

If you select Accept analytics, we use two services to understand how the website and products are used and where they can be improved:

Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google LLC). It counts page views and actions such as viewing pricing, requesting a demonstration, signing up and completing a purchase. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years).
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). It records anonymised interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and produces heatmaps and session replays. Clarity runs only on public pages (this website, sign-up, pricing, checkout and certificate verification). It never runs inside a signed-in Praxis workspace, so it cannot see your assessments, cases or records. Text you type into forms is masked. Cookies: _clck (1 year), _clsk (1 day).

Before analytics data is sent, we remove query strings, tokens and email addresses from page addresses. Inside signed-in workspaces we replace the page title with the product name. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process data outside Malaysia. Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months. Clarity keeps session replays for 30 days and aggregated heatmaps for up to 13 months.

If you decline, or have not chosen yet, no analytics cookies are set and Clarity does not load. Google Analytics may still receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier attached. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline.

3. Managing cookies

Your choice applies across praxissystems.my and all Praxis products. You can change it at any time through Cookie settings. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the site functions.
