A law firm sells the ability to take on a client engagement and see it through, so Praxis is licensed to firms by active client matter. An enterprise DPO runs one organisation with many entities, so the group takes an annual organisation plan. A clinic, online store or hotel needs to start today without a procurement cycle, so it can start free, then buy one assessment or subscribe. In every case you pay for delivery capacity, not seats, reports or queries.

Every plan includes Praxis DPIA, Frontier and Privacy Audit today, plus Breach, Schema, Passport and Integrity as each ships — at no extra cost. Licensed by client workspace (CWS): one per active client matter. Seats, reports and queries are never metered.

All prices in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), exclusive of applicable tax. A CWS (client workspace) is one active client matter — assessments, evidence, review trail and issued reports for that client — released back to your plan the moment you archive it.
Single modules
Each module is available on its own at 60% of the suite price (Privacy Audit at 50%). A second module always costs more than moving to the suite, so most firms start on the suite.

For a single engagement, or to see the finished product before you subscribe. Each purchase is consumed by completion and bounded by a working window; the issued report is yours for life.

When the window closes, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted and every issued report stays downloadable.
One free 30-day extension is available on request for single assessments and the starter pack.
Revisions and re-issuance after the report is issued are a new purchase. On a subscription they are included inside an active workspace.
Any per-assessment fee paid in the last 90 days is credited against your first subscription payment.

Free first run
Every new organisation gets one complete end-to-end run free — the full workflow and the clean, submission-ready report for one client. After that first issuance the workspace locks until you buy an assessment or subscribe. Company email required; no card needed.
Enterprise
Annual only, quoted on application, and priced by entities and business units. Includes SSO (OIDC), priority support and unlimited users.

Commit up front to an annual allocation of active client matters, plus the core platform. Committing annually is the discounted way to buy — pay for ten months, get twelve.
Full for the month and a good matter walks in? Open additional active matters month-to-month — no renegotiation, no waiting for renewal.
Archive a concluded matter and its slot is immediately free for the next one. You are never charged twice for the same capacity.
Archived matters keep their full history and evidence at no continuing capacity cost. Your record does not become a running bill.
What counts as an active matter
An active matter is one live client engagement consuming Praxis capacity — the client, the assessments inside it, the evidence, the review trail and the issued reports. It stays active while you are delivering, and stops consuming capacity the moment you archive it.
A simple matter and a complex, multi-jurisdiction one currently consume the same single unit. We would rather keep pricing legible than clever; weighted units will only be introduced if firms tell us the simple count is unfair.
