Praxis Integrity is the trust layer for the suite. Every DPIA and Transfer Impact Assessment issued through Praxis gets a unique code, printed on the report. Anyone can look it up — no login — and confirm that the report is genuine, which methodology version it was scored against, whether it is still valid, and when it expires. Nothing confidential is exposed.
The problem
A counterparty, an auditor or a regulator receives a PDF. Today, confirming it is genuine means calling the firm that produced it — and taking their word for it.
An assessment that was superseded six months ago looks identical to a current one. Disputes about which version applied are common and expensive.
The obvious way to prove a report is real is to show it. That defeats the confidentiality the report exists to protect.

How it works
The registry is planned. The mechanics below describe how it will sit on infrastructure the suite already runs.
In Praxis DPIA or Praxis Frontier, an assessment reaches approved / issued and is frozen as an immutable snapshot.
A unique verification code is issued for the report and printed on it — as text, or as a QR code.
The source application publishes only the non-confidential record: code, methodology and version, issued and expiry dates, status.
A public, no-login page. Enter the code; get back which methodology version the report was scored against, its current status and its expiry date.
Validity reuses DPIA's reassessment logic and Frontier's three-year clock rather than a separate expiry system.
A re-scored or withdrawn report shows as no longer current, consistent with DPIA's revision-supersede pattern.
